2022 Facility Rental Information

 

Multi Purpose Room 

Our new multi-purpose room seats 35 people comfortably. Tables and chairs included. The use of one coffee urn is included. The rate is $45.00 per hour up to a max of $180 per day. 

 

Knox Lounge 

Knox lounge seats 20 persons in a relaxed couch and chairs setting. The use of one coffee urn is included. The rate is $40.00 per hour to a max of $160.00 per day. 

 

Yale Hall with Kitchen 

Yale Hall seats 200 people. Tables and chairs are included. The use of the adjoining kitchen includes dishes and appliances; stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker. 

Rental rate up to 6 hours (includes your set up and takedown) is $250.00. For events 6 to 10 hours (including your set up/takedown) the rate is $350.00 per event. 

 

Suthwyn Hall with Kitchen 

Suthwyn Hall seats 80 people. Tables and chairs are included. The use of the adjoining kitchen includes dishes and appliances; stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker. 

Rental rate up to 6 hours (includes your set up and takedown) is $250. For events 6 to 10 hours (including your set up/takedown) the rate is $350 per event 

 

Suthwyn & Yale Halls with Kitchen (both halls in use) 

Tables and chairs are included. The use of the adjoining kitchen includes dishes and appliances; stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker. 

Rental rate up to 6 hours (includes your set up and takedown) is $400. For events 6 to 10 hours (including your set up/takedown) the rate is $550 per event 

For rentals of either halls, a fee of $60 will be charged to set up the night before the actual hall rental. Prior set up is dependent on hall availability. 

 

One hall (either Suthwyn or Yale) for evening or daytime activity. Hall only, no kitchen, or use of tables and chairs. 50.00 per hour. 

 

Childrens Birthday Party Special – 2 hours for $50 

One hall with use of kitchen and table & chairs for up to 20. 

 

Weddings 

Includes ceremony in sanctuary, fee for Minister(s), Organist and Administration – $685 

Off site wedding – $225 for Minister(s), $60 Wedding Assistant 

Out of Winnipeg Wedding – $250 for Minister(s), $85 for Wedding Assistant 

 

Funerals 

Includes service in sanctuary, fee for Organist and Administration – $450 

Note: does not include honorarium for Minister(s). 

Funeral Reception with United Church Women providing beverage service for $3 per person. Any food is to be supplied by the family using a commercial caterer that delivers serving trays of food. Setup, takedown and everything else required for the reception is supplied. 

 

Sanctuary – Recitals (Grand Piano) 

Combination of using the Sanctuary plus one basement hall and kitchen at rate of $80.00 per hour. Rates will be pro-rated for partial hours to the next half hour. Max of $400.00 per day. 

 

Sanctuary – Piano practice time 

Rate is $30.00 per hour. Rates will be pro-rated for partial hours to the next half hour. 

 

 

Rental rates will be pro-rated for partial hours to the next half hour. *excludes weddings & funerals which are a set fee. 

Renters are responsible to leave premises clean and tidy and bag all garbage. Failure to do so may result in future rentals being refused. 

NO alcohol permitted (this includes wine) and NO gambling permitted (this includes raffles).
